Approached by Carlos, CEO of Hirocreative about the app idea for his new venture. He want to create a listing app for restaurant businesses.

In colombia, Rappi app have monopoly in this space and they charge very high for listing and delivering the food items. There is lack of open listing app for restaurants.

3. THE OBJECTIVE
Research, strategize & design an app to empower resturant businesses through online app portal. Where restaurants can list their business at very minimal charges and can handle deliveries itself & break the monopoly of Rappi.

Based on discovery form, we started our research and agreed on our findings:
User Personas:
- Small to Mid Resturant owners who serve with 5-7 miles.
- People living around that area who wants to order from nearby outlets
We created user flows for both User journeys from begining to end screens.
- Restaurant journey - Add items, information, take order, create offers, track delivery and get feedbacks.
- User journey - Search item by using filters, modify food as per options, place order, track and share feedback.
We created whole project strategy at this stage and defined project features.

2. DESIGN

Second important phase where our product start taking shape.
Created wireframes and discussed with client and get approval on concepts.
Finilized on color, fonts, icons & created the design system.
Designed real screen mockups module and flow wise flow.
Interlinked all screens and created full app prototype for real experience.

3. ITERATE
We tested this prototype with real restaurant owners and our friends to find shortcomings & updated some of actions, wording and flows till we get 100% satisfaction.
